Description:
This role will drive the execution of innovative solutions as we continue to scale our business. The e-commerce associate should remain abreast of and contribute knowledge about products, discounts, and consumers’ preferences. Should also liaise with our teams of Sales specialists, Design, and content to ensure the accurate rollout of evidence-based updates. Will actively participate in the evolution of our technologies and technology practices, pitch new technologies and participate in workshops to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
· Hands-on experience in frontend development, backend development, infrastructure, and e-commerce platforms
· Must have proven work experience in version control and source code management like GIT, and Bitbucket.
· Meticulously track and monitor account health, performance metrics, competition, and pricing on a weekly basis; monitor best practices, trends, search engine optimization, and the latest marketplace changes
· Research and be a thought leader for digital marketing best practices
· Leverage knowledge of UI/UX best practices to make recommendations about product page layouts including the buy box, collections pages, and all aspects of the checkout process.
· Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
· must ensure a 100% responsiveness of web design.
· Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
· Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
· Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.
· Inspecting and uploading customers’ product reviews.
· Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
· Teaming up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
· Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance, as needed.
· Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.

Requirements:
· 2-3 Yrs of relevant experience.
· Preferred experience with Mar Tech related to e-commerce and remarketing: Google DFP, Facebook Ads, Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.
· Must have experience in MySQL and Database Queries.
· HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery knowledge
· Deep working knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento, WooCommerce & Open-source tools etc.
· Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
· Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.
