Job Function:
We’re looking for a social media specialist, who can build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research. The ideal candidate is someone who produce, and create reels and shorts that tells our story, promotes our products, and enhances our brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating a variety of Video content for Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts
Manage and grow the online community and customer base via social media and newsletters
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Assist in photography for new product launches and campaigns
Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
What you’ll bring to the table:
Proven working experience in social media marketing
Should understand the platform in terms of working and editing
Create moment-based and topical reel while subtly plugging in the brand.
Willing to learn multiple things at fast pace
Good experience with Instagram Reel
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Proficiency in English Language Must – Reading, Writing, and Communications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be flexible and prioritize to complete projects in tight timelines without compromising on the quality
Already have an engaged audience for your personal Instagram account is a bonus.
