Job Function:
responsible for promoting and generating new revenue for our affiliate program. Build and expand a network of “advertisers” for the brand, products and services.

What you will do:
● Setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns
● Work on Ad Platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
● Perform advanced Keyword Research and selection to generate better ROI
● Continuously monitor opportunities for new keywords and negative keywords
● Making changes to existing PPC campaigns and providing strategic guidance for improvement of bidding strategy, budget ideas, and performance metrics
● A/B testing with different ad creative and landing pages to improve CTR
● Prepare suggestions on an ongoing basis to continually enhance account performance, site performance, and ROI
● Nurture existing affiliate/partnership relationships as the main point of contact and influence growth
● Engage existing affiliate base to drive incremental volume by communicating affiliate marketing best practices and opportunities to optimize site content
● Identify and recruit new affiliates that can drive additional volume by looking at internal leads and producing lookalike audiences based on reporting that is available
● Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates and networks with a manager’s approval
● Effectively coordinate with other team members and departments to achieve results
● Developing email sequences to effectively communicate with the affiliates on, our affiliate management platform
● Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

What you need for this position:
● Demonstrated ability to initiate and grow relationships
● Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
● The ability to understand numbers and trends and develop action plans
● The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously over a variety of mediums

What experience we prefer you had for this position:
● 2+ years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and performance marketing (affiliate marketing preferred)
● 2+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Facebook ads. -Linkedin Ads and various other social media platforms
● Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and up to date on marketing technology.
● Experience in developing high converting landing pages, setting up and optimising lead generation campaigns.
● Strong logical, analytical skills and data-driven thinking
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
● Ability to effectively Sell the program to affiliates

Bonus Points:
You have handled multi-channel marketing campaigns for brands
You have worked with eCommerce/Consumer Internet companies in the past
