Job Function:
We’re looking for a content marketing specialist, who can define and achieve the company’s corporate reputation objectives and taking direct responsibility for various projects related to those objectives. Someone with excellent communication skills who can help build content, social media, and online events and can plan media coverage activities to create awareness and generate demand.

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to write quick short-form and long-form content to suit multi-channels
Write unique content for press releases, media pitch notes, media statements, PR communication collaterals, and other media narratives
Increase participation in high-impact events and awards
Work closely with vendor partners
Prepare analytical reports to showcase PR impact
Proactively establish as well as deepen existing media relationships
Monitor newsworthy developments and provide actionable PR insights
Increase brand awareness through Consumer PR initiatives
Pre-empt/ manage corporate reputation risks
Carry out comprehensive market research to understand the context from business, target audience, and technology perspectives
Understand the digital landscape by region to understand the market and accordingly frame all the content requirements
Develop smart communications by forming original content for website pages, social, email, campaigns, and other digital media
Identify and create stories to capture attention that will reflect our brand, expertise, and right position in the market.
Manage end-to-end content calendar right from content research to curation, to the right publishing formats for key digital channels
Write compelling & unique content for audiences by industry and persona as required from time to time
Create blog posts, success stories, case studies, videos, and other forms of content for our wins and other internal needs
Craft, and edit video scripts to generate stories that will drive attention, engage and nurture the digital journey of the target audience
Develop quality content assets such as Whitepaper, Infographics, Articles, POVs, etc. to communicate our competencies
Understand content analytics to measure content engagement and influence

What you’ll bring to the table:
Proficiency in English Language Must – Reading, Writing, and Communications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be flexible and prioritize to complete projects in tight timelines without compromising on the quality
Impeccable attention to detail, following brand guidelines and communication policies
Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills, as well as strong verbal communication skills
Advanced listening and interpretation skills
Prior experience in a PR agency is an added advantage
Strong understanding of personal care industry is a bonus
